Euphoria Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

By placing a pre-order on the Euphoria website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-Order Overview

  • Pre-orders allow you to reserve merchandise before it is available for general sale.

  • EUPHORIA “4 THE RAVERS” OVERSIZED TEE - Will arrive on or before December 20th

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your item(s).

2. Estimated Dispatch Dates

  • All estimated dispatch dates are clearly stated on each product page.

  • These dates are subject to change based on production and delivery factors outside of our control.

  • We’ll notify you of any significant delays by email.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours after purchase.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

4. Combined Orders

  • If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

5. Delivery

  • Standard delivery times apply from the moment your pre-order item has been dispatched.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

6. Changes to Orders

  • Once a pre-order is placed, we’re unable to change the size, colour, or shipping address.

  • Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
